Travel Information Mabu Thermas & Resort is the planet's largest source of thermal waters because it is located on the Guarani Aquifer, the world's largest underground water reservoir, all flowing, crystal-clear, to Mabu's facilities. At a temperature of 36 degrees centigrade (96.8 degrees Fahrenheit) all over the year, Mabu's thermal complex allows you to bathe at any time, day or night. The pools are totally renewed every four hours, which is to say that the water in which you bath is unique. The water at the Resort, always pleasant and relaxing, is also therapeutic. It has been analyzed by the MDS Laboratories, from Pennsylvania - USA, which found out that its composition is ideal for the skin and extremely healthy. Taxis from the airport to the hotel are approximately U$10-15 one way. Currently the exchange rate is approximately U$1.00 USA = R$2.20 Brazil.
