Title: NIFS AO/Laser Mosaic Observations of Mon R2

Abstract:

We present preliminary results from K-band IFU spectroscopy of a section of Mon R2 obtained as part of the Science Verification of the NIFS AO/Laser system. Some emphasis is put on the data reduction and on the demonstration of a technique to mosaic several NIFS data cubes allowing the observation of targets larger than the NIFS 3"x3" field of view.
