Extragalactic Radiosource Astrometry at LNA

Extragalactic radiosource positions referred to the HIPPARCOS frame, enable us to verify the orientation between the optical and radio reference frames, respectivelly defined by HIPPARCOS, TYCHO or ACT catalogues and ICRF source positions. On this context, in a pilot program during 1992-1996, and since 1997 on, long term CCD observations of extragalactic radiosources have been carried out at the 0.60m and 1.60m Cassegrain telescopes at the LNA bservatory, CNPq, Brazil. The list amounts to 300 ICRF radiosources distributed between +20o < declination < -80o in the sky. Here we discuss final results from the pilot program, and reduction techniques and first results for the current program.
