Título: A Near-infrared Base of Star Clusters for Stellar Population Synthesis

Resumo: We propose to use OSIRIS to observe the 13 stellar clusters not observed in the proposal SO2006B-007 in order to construct the first homogeneous database of integrated spectra of stellar clusters in the near-infrared. Our sample cover almost all the possibilities of the age/metallicity found in galaxies, with -2.05 <= [Z/Z_sun] <=0.04 and 2 Myr <= age <=16.5 Gyr. With the observations we will measure the equivalent widths of the bright molecular and atomic near-infrared absorption lines and selected continuum fluxes, in order to perform the stellar population synthesis in extragalactic sources.
